Re-opening of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Albany {Albany, Saratoga, Clifton Park, NY Business & Special Event Photography}

I was honored to be part of New Horizons re-opening under new ownership. This afternoon was not only about the new start of this business but it was about family. The new owner decided to buy the company after finding out he was having triplets. He wanted to start a bright future for his now family of 6! And this accomplishment could not have happened to a sweeter family! I am very happy for them and wish this business all the success in the future. Here are some pictures from this great day!

SAEE Tutus {Business Photography}

I get asked a lot where I get my adorable pettiskirts that are used in my sessions so I thought I would highlight the amazing vendor that made them for me in this post. The ones featured below are all from an Etsy (how I love Etsy) store called SAEE Tutus which can be found at:

http://www.etsy.com/shop/SAEEtutus

She makes the biggest, fluffiest pettiskirts around in amazing colors. I just ordered some purples so can’t wait for them to arrive and begin photographing them. So if you have a special event for your little lady in your life or even just want to make her day with am amazing dress up costume skirt, don’t miss out on this store. Tell her Jennifer Pondillo sent you and get a 15% off discount!

Oh and of course, make sure you book a session for your daughter to be photographed in one of these adorable skirts!

Barefoot Upstate Product Review & Giveaway {Giveaways}

As a mom to three little girls story time is essential in our household and one of the girls favorite activities. So when I was given two books to review by Barefoot Upstate I was so excited! But honestly, that excitement was nothing compared to the excitement my twin girls who are almost 3 had over the one book “The Animal Boogie” by Debbie Harter. This little book comes with a singalong cd which was a HIT in my house! Believe me, we have listened it to at least 20 times already and it has been one of the prized books that goes to bed with them!! What is great though is that you can do the book with or without the cd. It is a charming little story about the animals you might find hiding and the movements they make so it engages the kids to move right along to the beat of the song. Highly recommend it for all ages since it is very entertaining.

The 2nd book “Bear in a Square” was for my little daughter Madelyn. I can see her enjoying this one for a long time. Right now she is attracted to its bright colors but the shape learning in it will be a great next step. This board book is super cute and fun filled to keep attention of those even the most active little ones. I also see it as an excellent book for my older girls to read to their younger sister!

Lindsay Boger Cookie Treats-Baptism Cookies {Business Photography}

As some of you might have seen my last post was about Lindsay Boger’s amazing decorated Christmas cookies that I ordered for my children and nieces & nephews. Well if you thought they were adorable, check out the baptism cookies she made for my daughter Madelyn’s celebration. She out did herself on these for sure! Plus, she was so flexible when I asked to put them into pops so that I could make cookie bouquet centerpieces for each table out of these cookie favors. I think they were the hit of the party for sure but both the adults & kiddos!

So be sure to leave Lindsay some blog love below on her beautiful cookie designs and be sure to contact her for your next special event. You can reach her on Facebook by sending her a friend request. Tell her Jennifer Pondillo sent you!

Lindsay Boger Cookie Treats {Business Photography}

I love to showcase great companies that I have worked with in order to share my finds with my great client and fans. So without hesitation, I share this great cookie find with you. An old high school friend introduced me to Lindsay Boger when I said I was looking for someone to make some nice christening cookies for my daughter Madelyn’s upcoming christening. I talked details with Lindsay and I have to say she was so sweet and accommodating on all my questions and requests. However, I just couldn’t wait to try out her creations so I ordered some for my children and their cousins for Christmas!

And wow is all I have to say…these cookies arrived decorated galore! And to top that they tasted delicious! My kids went crazy when they saw them and have been begging for more already. For people who know me, I am a cookie fan for sure. I send them to people often and use them for a lot of our parties. You name it…birthdays, christenings, special holidays….there are cookies to be found at my house so I am very happy to find such a great vendor to work with in the future! We all know there are a lot of cookie vendors out there but not all are so detail oriented as Lindsay when it comes to decorated cookies. She put the extra effort into this order to make them so special for our family that I recommend that you try her out for your family too! You can friend request Lindsay Boger on facebook saying you want to talk cookies to place an order. Tell her I sent you!

So without further delay….here were the cookies my kids devoured for Christmas (as they thought they were made specially for them by Mrs. Claus).

Arrived in beautiful packing…..shipped from Boston. She shipped my neice & nephew cookies directly too to Syracuse and North Carolina for me too.

So if you want some beautifully decorated cookies to make your special event “POP” or just to treat someone you love, check out Lindsay Boger’s creations!
